Found this official URL, not even covered in my LG BD370C User Manual:

It's official LG content and I did an attempt to the point that the update screen shows up.

Better even to copy and paste the URL content to a word processing imaging document for future quick reference without having to log on internet first.

If you want LG Blu-ray players but not equipped with home network don't let this hold you back. The other day I took in a LG BD370C on sale feeling comfortable that there is an USB update conduit.
