Well it arrived on Monday, I have not hooked it up. Its looks like it was made well, no fit and finish issues. Its very compact 20cmx12cm height ranges from 6cm-4cm and weighs around .5k. The top finish is a speckled sliver that has a roof like slope towards the front. There are a lot of screws, 7 on the front and 4 on each side along with two holding the electric plug in port. The unit is designed to be not user serviceable. There are a total of 12 tork screws that have that middle point, so without the right tool you won't be opening this baby. The sockets are high grade solid clear plastic. You can see the gold plated contacts below. The sticker rating is 125V 15A 1875W max. Its an all steel or metal construction, the sides and bottom are coloured in a flat black. They did not supply a power cord, we all have a ton of these hanging around but they should have thrown it in. Yes the power contacts are also gold plated. I will hook it up to my TV, Receiver, Sat, Blueray and PS3(maybe).

Thank you for the comments LesIsTechSavy - if there's anything that you'd like to add once you start using it, we'd love to hear it.

Either you were joking or you made a mistake by posting in this thread ILoveAudio This prize was given away a long time ago...

However... a new giveaway is brewing. I can't reveal all the details just yet but I can tell you that it will be something from www.asw-loudspeaker.com.

well...in all honesty I only realized the error of my ways after I posted my "35 more to go" comment! ASW speakers seem nice...anyone have any input on the floor standing ones? I guess either the 300 or 310's...
Where can I hear these in Toronto?

ASW Speakers is a new brand being imported into Canada by Tri-cell Enterprises (www.tri-cell.ca, 905-265-7870). Tri-cell is just beginning to promote ASW in Canada and I'm sure that we'll bring in a pair soon for a review

I'll find out for you later today (and update this post) whether any dealers in Toronto have these on demo.
