could this be the new king of LFE? i don't think i have ever heard such disgustingly low, clean bass as in this film. when this BD drops it will certainly be the new standard for HT demo material, soundwise.

i saw this in the same IMAX auditorium (scotiabank theatre) i have seen avatar, dark knight etc in...basically all the "big" movies of the past few years..i have never heard anything approaching the levels of LFE ridiculousness as in this movie.

i would happily pay the $18 again just to sit there blindfolded and hear the movie

Ha ha! Sounds pretty enticing Brad - this is one movie I was definitely planning on seeing at the theatre and now it sounds like I might also have to buy on Blu-ray

I soooo want to see this movie but my wife and I have just not been able to arrange things with this busy summer. I've heard it's a complex - thinker movie that you need to stay on your toes with to really get it. If it's got a great soundtrack...then that's all the more reason to see it or buy it, for that matter. Hopefully, I can still find a decent theatre to see it in - if not, I'll commit to getting it on Blu-Ray.

Sounds like I've had the same kind of summer as you SoundGame. Just haven't had enough time to go to the movie theatre. Although I must admit that since I setup the Pioneer KURO 6020 60-inch plasma in my basement, my excitement of going to the movies has somewhat faded. Most of the time, I prefer to wait for the Blu-ray release and watch it at home.

I've read that Inception is scheduled for a December 6th release on Blu-ray/DVD, so I just might wait until then.
