    Post How To Post Pictures

Pictures on the CANADA HiFi Forum can be posted in one of two ways:

A picture which appears in its full size inside the post (prefered method):
    • This method works only if the image you are posting is hosted somewhere on the internet (i.e. appears on an existing website or your own website). When posting a new message, click on the "Insert Image" icon above the message entry box (it looks like a like projection screen), then enter the exact location of where the image is located into the dialog box.

An attachement which appears as a little icon at the bottom of the post:
    • Use this method when sharing an image which is located on your personal computer. When posting a new message, click on the "Attachments" icon (which looks like a paperclip) above the message entry box. Then click on "Add Files" in the top right and locate the file on your computer. When replying to an existing message, click the "Go Advanced" button below the message window. Then click the "Attachments" icon (which looks like a paperclip) and then click "Add Files in the top right and locate the file on your computer.

If you have any questions or comments in regards to this, please ask them here

Yes this is correct - PDFs can be posted only as attachments. However it is very easy to convert a PDF to a JPG file.

Mike, if you don't have programs installed that'll do it then a good choice is to use an online tool such as.
