Samsung TV Apps Aplenty

I had not visisted the Samsung App portal on my TV in sometime. To my surprise there is no shortage of Apps for you to download for your TV. There is a fantastic 3D App that allows you to preview/view 3D episodes of current Blu-rays and a lot of 3rd party videos. The content is streamed to your TV via WiFi so a good connection is essential. The image sent is the standard 3D you would get off of a Blu-ray not the double images that the 3D cable/satellite offer.

The only thing that was a bit odd, was the usual warning that you are viewing in 3D never appeared or the note to turn on your glasses

There is tons of content of all kinds and the Blu-ray selection is a nice sampling.

Great to see you back on the forum LesIsTechSavy and thanks for the heads on on this! I haven't looked at the Samsung Apps on my TV in several months now... but I'll have to go check this out. I like the idea of being able to preview 3D movies in the "regular" 3D format, as opposed to the side-by-side format that you get on cable/satellite. My TV is hard wired to the Internet so I shouldn't have any streaming issues and now that my 3D glasses are working again, I'm back in business
