Thanks for sharing this with us AlienTech!

I'm also a big fan of Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding and Everlast! With that being said, I didn't know that "Sitting on the dock of the bay" was Redding's song. Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam does a very cool live cover of this song - that's how I first learned about it in fact

Mike Mattison from The Derek Trucks Band. All the guys are incredible musicians and just wonderful performers.

This is arguably the best version of "Come And Go Blues", in spite of the little wobble at 4:18. Just pure, unadulterated music.

Garrret Mason - I've seen his old man Dutchy a few time when I lived in Dartmoth, and he was a legendary Canadian Bluesman....

Garret is playing at Hughes Room tomorrow night, guess who has reservations!! I'm stoked!!

now that was a heck of a show!! the boys kick some serious a$$

had a great time, sat next to the stage and had a great chat with each of the band members afterward. Keith is an amazing guitar, Garrett as as well, RJ the bass player had some smooth sound and Chuck the drummer really does a great job. All in all I give them 2 thumbs up

as a Maritimer it was great to meet people from that special part of Canada who are world class and classy to boot!

I saw Garretts old man Dutchy at the Misty Moon a few times and some place in T.O in the late seventies but can't remember where LOL!
